Nevada Health Link is the state’s official health insurance marketplace. It’s the only place where Nevadans can shop, compare, and purchase Affordable Care Act (ACA) certified health plans. Based on your income, household size, and location, you may qualify for tax credits or subsidies that lower your monthly premium or out-of-pocket costs.

Nevada Health Link is especially helpful for individuals and families who do not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare but still need affordable, comprehensive coverage.

Nevada Medicaid provides health coverage at little to no cost for eligible residents. Eligibility is based on factors such as income, household size, age, disability status, and other circumstances. The program serves different groups, such as children, pregnant women, elderly adults, individuals with disabilities, and low-income adults.
